Welcome to Build Up Michigan
While all children grow and develop at different rates, most will reach several foundational milestones in how they speak, play, act, move and socialize with others between the ages of 3 and 5. For children who aren’t meeting and/or struggling with those milestones — Build Up can help! We provide free resources and support to prepare children for kindergarten.

Find materials free to download and/or order like developmental wheels, videos, guides and special education resources to support Michigan families in our comprehensive toolkit.
Note: If at any time you think your child may have a delay or disability that qualifies them for special education, you may request an evaluation in writing. Take a look at the sample letters on the Michigan Alliance for Families website.
